Session Flow
Identify the primary layer or chakra needing vibrational support. Note which colours the client is drawn to or avoids, and vocal tone as a diagnostic cue.
Choose the chromotherapy colour for the session. Prepare via light filter, fabric, visualisation or colour breathing. Confirm application method suitable for the setting.
Choose the corresponding Solfeggio frequency, bowl note or vocal tone. A single frequency applied well is more effective than several used lightly.
Dim overhead lighting. Position coloured light or fabric. Tune bowl or set up frequency playback. Allow the space to hold the vibration before the client enters.
Introduce colour via light, fabric or guided visualisation. Ask the client to breathe into the colour and notice where it lands. Allow 5 to 7 min of quiet immersion.
Sound the bowl, play the frequency or guide toning. Position sound at the corresponding body area where possible. Allow the vibration to complete its ring before sounding again.
Close with silence. Note the client's response: colour, sound and body sensations. Recommend a home practice frequency or colour focus to continue the work between sessions.
