Session Flow
Cleanse crystals. Set the space with intention. Lay out stones in sequence before the client arrives.
Begin with Layer 1. Place Red Jasper at the base and on the soles of the feet. Allow full grounding before continuing.
Move layers 2 to 3. Pause between each placement. Let the client settle into each stone before adding the next.
Layer 4 is the pivot. Place Green Aventurine and Rose Quartz. Extend here if the client needs emotional settling.
Layers 5 to 6. Lighten the energy with Aquamarine and Amethyst. The client should be deeply relaxed by now.
Layer 7. Clear Quartz or Selenite above the head. Complete the full chakra column in stillness for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove crystals from crown to root. Ground with a hand on soles of feet. Cleanse stones. Offer grounding earth water.
