05Safety

Check all interactions and contraindications. Confirm against all current medications. Review pregnancy, breastfeeding, hormone status.

06Dispense

Prepare or prescribe formula. Provide written dosing instructions. Set a clear review date: 4 to 6 weeks for most formulas.

07Review

Review at 4 to 6 weeks. Adjust for what has shifted. The formula evolves with the client, rarely remaining the same beyond one review.
